A CROS approval is tied to a Registry user, so each participant should control their own account credentials and approval information. Do not create a habit of sharing passwords or identity credentials through group chats simply because several people are participating in the same filing.
Before requesting an approval, send the participant the filing context and confirm the name, role and company or business involved. After approval, keep the filing confirmation with the business records.
If a participant no longer has access to their account or their identity information has changed, resolve the account issue before building a time-sensitive filing around that approval.
