These terms apply to the BizReg Consulting website and the administrative support services we provide. A written invoice, scope of work, checkout summary or service agreement may set additional service-specific conditions. Please review the applicable scope before paying.
1. About BizReg Consulting
BizReg Consulting offers paid, independent business-registration and administrative assistance in Trinidad and Tobago, including support for sole traders, limited liability companies and related compliance or business-document processes. We are not the Companies Registry, a government department or an official government application portal.
2. Information on our website
Website guides, articles, checklists and social posts provide general information. They are not legal, accounting or tax advice and do not establish an attorney-client or other regulated professional relationship. Statutory rules, government fees, procedures and processing times may change. Verify current requirements with the relevant authority before making a decision.
3. Scope of paid services
Services are limited to the work described in the applicable written quotation, invoice, checkout confirmation or agreed statement of work. A purchase of administrative assistance does not automatically include government filing fees, professional legal representation, bank account approval, regulatory licences, third-party charges or additional services unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Client information and cooperation
You must provide accurate and complete information, confirm that you have authority to supply information about businesses and other persons, review forms and documents when requested, and communicate changes promptly. Missing, incorrect or late information can affect cost, scope and processing times. Do not send CROS passwords, one-time passcodes or private account credentials through ordinary enquiry forms, messaging or email.
5. Fees and payments
Advertised prices are starting prices or prices for specified packages, as indicated. The final amount and included services are those stated in the written quote or checkout summary. Government, registry, bank, payment-provider and other third-party charges are separate unless the agreed scope says otherwise. Payments may be processed using third-party payment services, including Stripe where applicable.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an instruction, contact us promptly at info@bizregconsulting.com. Any refund or adjustment is assessed according to the agreed service scope, the stage of work completed, non-recoverable third-party charges, and applicable law. We will explain any proposed deductions or outstanding charges relevant to the request. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Processing and outcomes
Timelines may depend on government systems, verification requirements, third parties and client response times. We cannot guarantee acceptance of a proposed business name, incorporation approval, specific Registry processing dates, bank account approval, tax registrations or other external decisions. We will communicate known material obstacles that affect the agreed scope.
8. Site access and permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal and business enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit deliberately false information, distribute malicious code, or misuse automated forms. Website content is provided for reference; reproduction or commercial reuse of original material requires appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Social media and integrations
Our official X account is @BizRegConsult. We may use an authorized publishing integration hosted through our internal DSDillon-managed technology infrastructure. Authorization to a social-media application is governed by the access permissions shown on the platform; third-party platform services also have their own rules. Public comments, replies and messages do not create a paid client engagement or guarantee immediate service response.
10. Intellectual property, third-party resources and external links
BizReg names, website copy and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Our website can link to official government resources, payment providers and other websites. We do not control those external websites, and a link is not a guarantee of the third party's service.
11. Liability and applicable law
We provide services with reasonable care and within the agreed scope. Subject to applicable law, BizReg Consulting is not responsible for delays, refusals, outages or decisions made by government authorities or other third parties, or losses resulting from materially inaccurate instructions provided by a client. These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
