This notice describes the information BizReg Consulting handles through our business-registration support services, website enquiries, checkout and client intake, and authorized social-media integrations. Please do not submit passwords or one-time passcodes.

1. Who we are

BizReg Consulting provides independent, paid business-registration and administrative support in Trinidad and Tobago. We operate bizregconsulting.com and our official social-media accounts, including @BizRegConsult. For questions about this notice or personal information, contact info@bizregconsulting.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, the categories of information may include:

• Contact and enquiry details: your name, telephone number, email address, preferred service, business description and messages submitted through our forms, email, telephone or WhatsApp.
• Service and registration information: business names, business activities, names and details of proprietors, directors or related persons, administrative records and supporting documents you provide for a requested registration or related service.
• Payment and service records: the selected service, payment reference, transaction status, amounts and related invoice information. Our checkout may use Stripe to process card payments; card-payment details are handled through the payment provider's systems.
• Website and analytics data: pages visited, visit and session identifiers, campaign parameters, referring sites, browser/device information, approximate location derived from technical data, event interactions, network information and IP-related technical records where collected by our first-party analytics and security systems.
• Social-media information: publicly available mentions, comments and account interactions, plus data provided through X or other platforms when an account owner explicitly authorizes our integration, within the scopes granted by that platform.

3. Why we use information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, assess service requirements, prepare and administer agreed services, communicate about applications, process and reconcile payments, keep business records, maintain website and system security, measure campaign performance, and manage our official social-media publications and customer engagement. Where marketing communications require consent under applicable rules, we will seek it as required. We do not treat a service enquiry as unlimited permission for unrelated messaging.

4. X account integration

BizReg Consulting uses a first-party social-publishing integration operated through DSDillon's internal technology infrastructure. When the owner authorizes our X application, the integration may receive the account identifier and an authorization token, publish approved content on behalf of the authorized account, and access available account or post information and performance metrics according to the permissions granted. OAuth credentials are handled within server-side systems and are not intended to appear in public website pages or published links.

We use X data for account management, publishing, permitted engagement and analytics. We do not sell X account data or use it to train artificial-intelligence models. The X platform applies its own terms and privacy policy to interactions on X. An account owner can revoke authorized access through X's app and session settings; please also contact us if you want us to review related stored integration data.

5. Sharing and service providers

Where necessary to provide a service, relevant information may be shared with government registries or agencies, payment processors, hosting and security vendors, authorized technical operators, and other service providers involved in fulfilling the request. We aim to limit disclosure to information reasonably required for the task. If a client's filing requires submitting details to an authority or external portal, its own rules and privacy practices may apply. Information may be processed or stored outside Trinidad and Tobago where a relevant service provider operates.

6. Cookies, analytics and campaign links

Our website uses technical and analytics functionality to understand visits and protect services. Some features may rely on cookies, browser identifiers, local storage or comparable session technology. Campaign links may include clearly labelled first-party parameters such as dsd_source and dsd_campaign to identify the marketing channel and campaign; these are not intended to contain your name or confidential service records. Browser controls may permit you to restrict some storage, although certain functions could be affected.

7. Security and retention

We use access restrictions and other technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and services involved. No internet-connected service can promise absolute security. We keep information only for periods reasonably necessary for the related service, legitimate administrative or security needs, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Different categories of records may have different retention periods.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, raise a privacy concern, or request deletion where appropriate and legally permitted. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute or service records. To unsubscribe from a marketing email, use any available unsubscribe method or email us.

9. Children and third-party sites

Our business services are aimed at adults and authorized business representatives. Our site may link to government, payment, social-media and other external websites whose privacy practices we do not control.

10. Updates
