What are the Companies Registry fees in Trinidad and Tobago?

Sole trader and business-name fees

The Registry currently publishes TT$20 for an individual business-name reservation and TT$220 for the individual business-name registration application.

Partnership and change filings use their own forms and fees, so confirm the firm route separately.

Profit-company formation fees

The current company guidance publishes TT$25 for company name reservation and TT$520 for the incorporation application.

These are Registry filing charges and do not include private professional support or later tax and banking costs.

Post-incorporation filing fees

The Registry currently publishes TT$40 for an annual return and TT$40 for the Return of Beneficial Ownership. Other notices, amendments and certificates have their own fees.

Late penalties can be significantly more expensive than the filing fee, so deadline management matters.

Always separate government and professional charges
